Wholeness

We've been preparing for this ...

And the time is NOW.

Men and Women coming together.

Meeting each other fully.

Sharing the truth and the pain of

What has been.

Men supporting women to rise to our full intellectual maturity.

To learn how to clearly voice and express the depths of our feminine intelligence and strength.

Women supporting men to drop more fully into their hearts.

To dive into and embody more deeply the fullness of their own emotional dimensions.

This is the beginning of the END of this WAR.

We either come together as One,

or together we fall apart.

Disfunctional relationships must end.

Shadowy alliances must dissolve.

Everything that does not support

Wholeness and Union

within and throughout

Will inevitably come to a halt.

Welcome this change.

Support it.

Don't fight it.

For the future holds a promise far greater then our minds could ever describe.

Native American Day

IN HONOR OF NATIVE AMERICAN DAY:

I had the immense honor and privilege, just a couple of days ago, to participate in a collective constellation process led by Judy Wallace at the 2017 North American Systemic Constellations Conference, where I was also a presenter.

To say I found deep resonance with her work would be a huge understatement. Because both our work is basically rooted in very essential principals, such as cultivating Presence, establishing clear Intention, creating and resting into Sacred Space, connecting with higher reSources, Deep Listening and Witnessing, Allowing what is, Seeing, Mirroring and Including that which has been excluded, and so on.

The question and intention of our exploration was beautifully written by Judy as follows:

"How might we understand more deeply the role of christian religious oppression in the birthing of the US American democratic experiment? Where might we shine the light to uncover the healing potential of freedom for all?"

What transpired there, in a nutshell, was to me clearly the retrieval of the wounded Soul of the American Democracy.

First through the honoring, connecting and grounding of the African American culture. Then through the deep resting and nurturing of the Land itself, which still holds bellow it's surface the seeds of deep nourishment and wisdom that the Native Americans were once free to uncover and cultivate for the Whole of Humanity.

What I learned is that the health of the Soul of the American Democracy is deeply dependent on the restoration and inclusion of that which has been deeply wounded and severely excluded in the process of colonization of this country, which are both the African American and the Native American cultures.

Without them, American Democracy simply can not survive.

Because She herself is the embodiment of the True meaning of Freedom: that Freedom for One is only true if and when it truly means Freedom for All.

May EVERY DAY on this land be NATIVE AMERICAN DAY!

A deep bow of gratitude to Judy, for creating the sacred space and leading this exploration. To Dr. Karl-Heinz Rauscher and all others who contributed through their representations, participation and witnessing presence.

May we continue to honor and include that which has been excluded, and contribute however we can to the restoring and healing of the Whole.

May we continue to support and inspire each other through our work and through our Being.

The Mother Wave

The Ocean of Life is vast and infinite ... Endless ... Eternal ... Always has been and always will be. Rising and falling. Pushing and pulling. Gently breathing all things into form. Can you feel it breathing you? The Breath Of Life? The Mother of all Waves, breathing as the tides? Can you feel the intimacy and the vastness of Her holding? Her all pervading Presence, within and throughout Space? Can you feel her moving you? So gently, softly and unfazed?

Because there are many waves we are constantly perceiving and experiencing in this vast ocean of life. Many waves of activation. Unprocessed, unintegrated material that rise sometimes quite suddenly, with a great deal of charge. Stormy, scary, too big too fast, unpredictable, overwhelmimg waves that require a great deal of grounding and presence. Not only grounding deeply into ourselves, our bodies and our planet, but also grounding into Life itself. Grounding into Space. Grounding into the Mother Wave, the Breath of Life that breathes all.

Right now, our collective field is extremelly active. Our shared humam consciousness is in a process of awakening. We are being asked to process and integrate collective waves of global activation, very skillfully and consciously. To slow things waaaay down and makespace for the overstacking of collective imprints to begin to be unpacked and processed, one single wave at a time. So that these heavily charged waves of collective material can once again come into resonance with the slow, gentle wave that is the Mother Wave, and return to Source.

As I give the Mother Wave centre place in myself and allow all other waves to move through me, I begin to have an embodied experience of how all these waves begin to co regulate. How they all eventually find a resting place in the Mother Wave. Our greatest reSource. That which is both the core and the container, holding all waves, within and throughout Space.

When I rest fully into Life, I rest directly into Source.

There is no separation between the One that is holding, and that which is being held.

There is only breathing, one breath ... The Breath of Life.

Only one wave, The Mother Wave.

Breathing all things into form, and back to Source, in it's own time.

The Return of the One

Perhaps the greatest form of insanity is

Our relentless search for enlightenment.

For how can we possibly find something

We have never truly lost.

When exactly did we start believing

We were actually separate?

Just when did we begin to forget?

And could this possibly be

The essence of the human condition?

This awakening from the illusion,

From the very misconception.

Awakening from this forgetfulness of the

Truth of who we are and always have been.

Suddenly I become the biggest

Cosmic joke there ever was.

The I that ever felt so separate.

The I that ever felt so much suffering.

The I that so deeply longed for the Return of

The One who never left.

Being a Woman

Being a Woman

Being a woman is like being a river.
Flowing, changing, shifting.
Constantly mirroring. Reflecting.
Absorbing. Dissolving.
Allowing the self to be moved by the currents.
Invisible forces manifesting through us.
Sometimes peaceful, others rage full.
Passive. Agressive.
Giving. Receiving.
Pushing. Pulling.
Making space for all that is, as IT is constantly changing.
Moment to moment to moment.

A woman is never still.
She is always changing, always moving.
Like a heart that never stops beating.
A breath that never stops breathing.
And her only shot at any kind of authenticity
Lies in the recognition of her ever changing nature
And the full acceptance that she will never be the same.
She will always be a Mystery.
She will always be Unknown.
